New Prospect Baptist Church, Silva, Missouri
In the 156-year history of New Prospect Baptist Church, the congregation has had 30 deacons. Nine of these men are interred in the cemetery. Two of these deacons, Levi Rhoden (1812-1883) and Andrew L. Ownbey (1838-1878) were not members of the church at their deaths. Lineage: Orley Atnip > Melissa
