Peggy and Ward Milliot are proud to announce that their granddaughter, Michelle Milliot, a Senior Airman stationed at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, just received an Associates Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Technology from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF).  The CCAF is the largest community college in the nation with 2,000 courses and more than a quarter of a million students. For a student to achieve their CCAF degree, they need to have 64 semester hours of coursework.

The Electrical and Mechanical Technology degree is designed to develop effective leaders of our most valued resource—our people—and cultivate managers of complex systems, processes, and technologies essential to the Air Force and our Nation.

Michelle is currently serving as a 3E4X1, Water and Fuels Systems Maintenance Specialist, who installs, inspects, repairs, and manages plumbing, water distribution, wastewater collection systems and components, fire suppression and backflow prevention systems.

She is now working toward achieving her Bachelor’s degree and is contemplating applying for Officer Training School.
